Megan began her post-secondary education with a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto, where she developed a strong foundation in the sciences. After discovering her true passion for physiology and health care, she pursued further education at the Toronto College of Dental Hygiene and Auxiliaries, where she received her diploma in Dental Hygiene. Since 2016, Megan has worked as a hygienist in a general practice, where she has enjoyed building long-lasting relationships with her patients and their families.
Her passion for learning is evident in her commitment to continuing education. Megan’s thirst for knowledge drives her to stay up to date with the latest techniques and innovations in dental hygiene, ensuring that she provides her patients with the best care possible and the most current, accurate information about their oral health.
Outside of work, Megan leads an active and fulfilling family life. She is the proud mother of two little ones who keep her on her toes and bring endless fun and energy to her daily routine. When she finds time for herself, Megan enjoys hot yoga, sailing on her catamaran, and taking walks in the scenic forests of Simcoe County, where she finds peace and relaxation in nature. As a long-term Barrie resident, Megan takes great pride in being a part of the Simcoe Family Dentistry team, where she has the opportunity to connect with and care for the wonderful patients in the community she calls home.
