Dear Patients, here’s a COVID-19 update
In accordance with the recent strong recommendations of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, our office will be open for emergency and essential appointments only effective immediately. Our primary concern as always is the health and well-being of our patients as well as our team. While we strongly believe that a dental office is a safe and low risk environment for our patients and team due to strict sterilization and sanitation practices, our aim is to help to reduce the chance of community transmission by limiting appointments to only those necessary.
Our team will be reaching out to you to reschedule your non-emergency appointments to within the first few weeks of April. This timeline may change based on further recommendations by Public Health as well as our regulatory body.
Please know we are available in the office by phone, text and email but will be reducing our hours based on the emergency appointments we have booked for the day. Stay tuned for another COVID-19 update.
